LOS ANGELES, CA (11/8/2024) -- The Palomar College men's basketball team pulled off a thrilling 73-71 road victory over LA Valley, marking their second consecutive win of the season. The Comets rallied in the second half, outscoring LA Valley 43-40 to claim the win in a game that was closely contested throughout.
Dylan Kail led the offensive charge, sinking four three-pointers on his way to a team-high 14 points, while also grabbing six rebounds. Jaidyn Norman notched a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds, showcasing his presence on both ends of the court. Isaiah Tolmaire provided a key offensive boost off the bench, scoring 15 points and going a perfect 5-for-5 from the free-throw line to help seal the game.
Max Zylicz contributed 12 points, including three three-pointers, and grabbed five rebounds, adding valuable scoring depth. Palomar's bench outscored LA Valley's 33-20, proving to be a crucial factor in the hard-fought victory.
