Four Comets Earn All-PCAC Honors After Strong Conference Campaign

SAN DIEGO, CA (2/23/2026) -- After a competitive Pacific Coast Athletic Conference season, Palomar placed four players on the All-PCAC Team, highlighted by Jaidyn Norman and Isaiah Pomare earning First-Team All-Conference honors, while Angel Ochoa and Justin White were named to the Second Team.

The selections come after Palomar finished 10–6 in conference play, averaging 92.1 points per game against conference opponents and establishing itself as one of the most balanced offensive teams in the PCAC.

First-Team All-Conference

Jaidyn Norman
Norman anchored Palomar on both ends of the floor during conference play, averaging 15.8 points and 7.9 rebounds per game across 16 conference contests. He shot 45.5% from the field and knocked down 37 three-pointers, while also adding 42 assists and 26 steals. Norman's ability to stretch the floor and control the glass made him one of the most versatile players in the conference.

Isaiah Pomare
Pomare delivered one of the most complete statistical seasons in the PCAC, averaging 13.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game while shooting an efficient 48.9% from the field and 86.7% from the free-throw line. He totaled 112 rebounds in conference play, leading the team, and added seven blocks and 22 steals. His presence in the paint and consistency night after night earned him First-Team recognition.

Second-Team All-Conference

Angel Ochoa
Ochoa was Palomar's offensive catalyst throughout conference play, averaging a team-best 19.0 points per game while shooting an outstanding 55.7% from the field and 45.5% from three-point range. He dished out 76 assists in conference action, demonstrating his ability to both score and facilitate. Ochoa's efficiency and leadership were key components of the Comets' 10 conference victories.

Justin White
White provided steady interior production, averaging 10.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game during conference play. He shot 50.4% from the field and collected 92 total rebounds, including 40 offensive boards. His physical presence and rebounding consistency were instrumental in Palomar maintaining a strong rebounding margin throughout conference competition.

Palomar's four All-Conference selections reflect the program's balance, depth, and consistency throughout conference play as the Comets positioned themselves for postseason action.
