SAN MARCOS, CA (11/4/2025) -- Palomar men's soccer dropped a close 3-2 contest to San Diego City College on Tuesday night at Minkoff Field.
The Knights struck first in the sixth minute, but the Comets found their equalizer late in the first half when Felix Hamm finished a setup from Dylan Bissember to make it 1-1 heading into halftime.
San Diego City regained control with two quick goals in the 54th and 60th minutes to go up 3-1, but Palomar refused to go away. Jakub Kozlowski buried his 17th goal of the season in the 66th minute off another Hamm assist to bring the Comets within one. Despite several late chances, the Knights held on to escape with the win.
